Currency
All prices on the Store are displayed and charged in Saudi Riyal (SAR). The total amount you will pay, including any applicable shipping charge, is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden fees or surcharges after purchase.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods below. The options available to you are also displayed at checkout, where each is processed securely by our payment providers.

When payment is taken
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Placing an order and completing payment does not by itself guarantee acceptance; as set out in our Terms & Conditions, we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — in which case we issue a full refund.
Payment security
Our checkout operates over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments through your PayPal account, both in line with industry security standards. We do not receive or store your full card number on our own servers; sensitive payment details are handled directly by the payment provider.
Payment verification
To protect against fraud, an order may occasionally be subject to verification before it is processed. If we need to confirm any details with you, we will make contact using the information provided at checkout. This may cause a short delay before your order is dispatched.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method in Saudi Riyal (SAR), in line with our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy. The time for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
