These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of allgarv.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. The Store is operated by Société Ayoub-Too SARL AU, trading as Allgarv. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately. All prices are shown and charged in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Colours and images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability at any time before you place an order.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we issue a full refund.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase through the methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. Further detail is set out in our Payment Policy.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Order Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to interfere with the proper operation of the Store or copy its content without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and the Allgarv name, is the property of Société Ayoub-Too SARL AU or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that products will meet every expectation beyond their described specifications.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Société Ayoub-Too SARL AU against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Store.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Your continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
